Online databases provide access to thousands of magazine and newspaper articles. Below is a list of resources which may help with research in Fairy Tales. If you aren't sure which database to use, contact a reference librarian.

Please note: To access these databases from off campus, you need a valid STCC I.D. card with a current library barcode on the back. For more assistance, contact the library reference desk at 755-4549 or visit the library's web page on database access.

EBSCO Databases:
MAS Ultra - School Edition Use this 450 title database for articles. 

Primary Search Use this full text database to search 50 children's magazines and over 100 children's pamphlets at the elementary school level. 

INFOTRAC Databases:
Junior Edition - K-12 Use this for full text materials written at a junior high school level.

Kid's Edition - K-12

Use this for materials at an elementary school level.

  • Individual Story Names: Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Ugly Duckling, etc.
