More Summer Reading!

The library has a new display of summer books, highlighting some popular genres of fiction: fantasy, science fiction, mysteries and urban fiction. Fantasy books on display include Shadowbridge by Gregory Frost and Crown Duel by Sherwood Smith, while science fiction titles include The Labyrinth Key by Howard Hendrix. The display also highlights a few books from the library's large mystery collection, by authors ranging from the early twentieth century mystery writer Dorothy Sayers to the contemporary writer Joseph Wambaugh. A new genre included in the display is urban fiction (also know as "street lit"), represented by authors such as Donald Goines and Denene Millner.
